Add Blank Value does not work

Hi All,

We have a user requirement in supplier page

When we open a dupplier, we have by defaukt site status LOV to Active

User wants to see both inactive and active sites

So we create a personalization in the pas

Page: /oracle/apps/pos/supplier/webui/QuickUpdatePG.pageLayoutRN

Add blank value= true

Now status Lov site is blank but when we push the button access, only active sites are dispalyed

Any idea about this?
