Integration of Oracle CRm On Demand with Call center Software
We are running call center Software other than Oracle Contact On demand and need an integration with Oracle CRM On Demand.
We want to know the process or flow to integrate external system to our Oracle CRM On Demand.
How to achive this?
How can we access the CRM OD database or how we can access a tables behind this to insert our external software feilds.
