R12.1.3 Upgrade of Supplier email address and remittance email

Hi,

I wanted to know how R12 upgrades the Supplier email address and remittance email? i.e. whether the values copied into "IBY_EXTERNAL_PAYEES_ALL.remit_advice_email" automatically for Remittance Email?
