HR People in Approver Groups - Approval Management

Hi,

I need to setup different approver groups in AME, the Approver Type is HR People but I find some employees, ando others I can´t find, the new employees that I create does not appear in the list of values.

Anyone knows if I miss a step or do I have to run a process?
