Need to Update the instances for the Status No_Service.

Hi All,

I have a requirment were i need to update the instances which are of status No_service to an another Status.But i am not able to do that since its a seeded status with status change allowed check box is disabled, Tried with the API but was not able to Update the instance status.

Please suggest.
