Does JDE EnterpriseOne 9.0 support XML data insert

We are looking to interface data into JDE EnterpriseOne 9.0 Contract Management tables F1720 (Contract Header) and F1721 (Contract Details), and possibly some other tables.

Are there business functions that support XML load into these tables? 

Also, if there are business functions that we can use, where can I find the documentation on what is does, parameters to pass, etc. ?
