PA_FP_CALC_PLAN_PKG and PA_FP_GEN_BUDGET_AMT_PUB 11.5.10.1 packages invalid after HR and Oracle Pr

After applying HR and Oracle Projects 11.5.10.2 baseline patches, PA_FP_CALC_PLAN_PKG and  PA_FP_GEN_BUDGET_AMT_PUB  packages invalid.
After recompiling the apps schema the packages still invalid.
Uploading   adadmin_03062012.log  and list of patches applied.
