issue with placing the data values with exact dimensions

Hi All,

Please find the attachment for reference.As you can see we have got exact dimensions to place the data exact there.
"Align the whole statement such that the address is fitted nicely against the window of the envelope when folded. For reference, the dimensions of the window envelope as shown in attachment".

this is first time i have come across this kind of requirement, so if any one has any docs or suggestion how to approach such requirement will be of great help for me.
