How do I increase or decrease the Rows diplayed on the standard report outputs

We are upgrading from 11i to 12.1.3.

Could someone tell me a way to increase or decrease the Rows diplayed on the standard report outputs.

I tried changing the 'Rows' values on the 'Program' screen for the standard reports but when I run the reports I do not see the output based on the values I set for the 'Rows'.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
