What patch(s) are required for the following web ADI combinations, that will correct the "Read-only

3-5787660901:Some of the company is still on Windows XP and Excel 2003, so we do not want to break it for them.

We are testing 12.1.3 upgrade, and require the patching for Windows 7 and Excel 2010.  The documentation suggests we need patch 12828615, which has a co-requisite 10269051, and two pre-requisites, R12.AD.B.delta.3 and R12.ATG_PF.B.delta.3.  Do I understand this correctly?

So to sum up, I need help determining the patch sets required for the following web ADI combinations, that will correct the "Read-only fields cannot be changed" error:
12.0.4 with Windows 7 and Excel 2010, and must still work for users with Windows XP and Excel 2003.
