US PAY: View Tax Balance screens for FIT, SS, Med, FUTA displays Gross, Exempt, and Withheld after B
We have performed a balance initialization and I am able to match balances from the Payroll Activity Report to our data. However, when I look at the View Tax Balance screen, the Gross and Exempt have the same amount in them for the federal taxes. The pretax 401k and section 125 items do not show up at all. The withholding is populated.
The state tax screens have everything populated, but the pretax is showing in the exempt field too which is causing the subject and taxable amounts to be incorrect.
What are we doing wrong?
