patch 14054651: @$AP_TOP/patch/115/sql/ap_upg_null_tax_code_fix2.sql is running long time.

Customer is running @$AP_TOP/patch/115/sql/ap_upg_null_tax_code_fix2.sql there are near 800 000 rows to update.
Is there a way to split the run amongst many workers ?
or
any other way to improve performance while it is still running.
