Vision install on solaris 11

I am trying to install vision R12 on solaris 11. I thought it is certified. But on the installation on apps tier. The install was fine without error. But cannot get Apache to start. I searched on MOS and it says might need to upgrade vision. I am so new to this. Can anyone comment on this? If I want to upgrade vision, what should I do? What are the steps to follow? I believe the version I installed is the one comes with 12.1.1. Thank you very much.
