How do I setup the Product Category adn the Forecast Category Mapping in Sales?

Hello,

I need to setup the product category and forecasting using our Oracle Sales module.  I am stuck on the product category setup.

I am using the Sales Administration responsibility and navigating >Forecast>Forecast Category Mapping.  I have tried a document to setup the product category using the Item Manager responsibility but I was unsuccessful.
