Prevent discrete job saved for assembly without Routing or BOM

Hi

In 11.5.10.2

Create a standard discrete job , which assembly has not routing or BOM, the note appear: Routing does not exist for this assembly or BOM does not exist for this assembly , but this job still can be saved.

Now, we want the job cannot be saved when Routing or BOM does not exist for this assembly, how to do?
