R12: QA Check changes for Hold Status Contract
Hi,
I observed in R12 environments there are changes for the contracts which are in "Hold" status in-regards to QA Check process. Below are steps as regards to this issue:
1) Created a Service Contract thru Contract Authoring form.
2) Submit for Approval to make the contract from Entered to Active.
3) Contract put on Hold thru Contract Status Form to Hold for revoking contract billing.
4) Then "Open for update" contract to add the new service line. Now contract status move from Hold to QA HOLD status.
5) After adding the new service lines to the contract then run the QA check process.
