Sales Order line stuck on Next status 620

I have a Sales Order line that seems to have already been shipped. When I run Sales Update for this particular Order, I get error message saying that "No Data Selected". Yet in F4211, the line is still sitting there with Next Status 620.

What can I do to pushe this line through.
