Questions with respect to Using Class of Secure Transport (COST) to Restrict Instance Registration i

Hello Experts,
with respect to Using Class of Secure Transport (COST) to Restrict Instance Registration in Oracle RAC (Doc ID 1340831.1).

Please provide your comments on below questions.

1#If I do any changes in the  Listner. ora file and the remote listener configuration , do we need to change the tnsnames.ora file  of Oracle client also? For failover and switch over is it required to do the changes in the TNSnames.ora file.

2#Since our RAC environemts are fierewall protected , should be the port enabled for TCPS protocol opened in firewall also.

3#Can you please confirm whether we need to create new self-signed SSL certificate for the scan listener if it is already exists?
