Assoicate Sales Order Layout Template

HI,
I want to Associate Sales Order Layout Template to ONT Transaction Type.

But at the time of Transaction Type Setup the Layout Template Field is Greyed Out.

I have gone through Imp. Guide/article, but didnt find any thing regarding it.
