Recharge Time entry process if the record type RCCD is 2

Hi

We have a requirement for our client to capture time entry for payroll and recharging purposes (Maintenance work order time entry and time entry for job cost activities).
I understand that if we want to capture the time entry for recharging purpose, then we need to update employee master with record type (RCCD) field with value of either 3(only recharging) or 2 (both payroll & recharging).  We have specific situation that we want to implement Job cost and maintenance modules first and then later payroll. so we decided to use update Employee master record with record type(RCCD) of 2 for the employees who do both payroll time entry and  recharging entry.
