Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to create database using dbca (11.2.0.2)

getting following error when dbca invokes and database creation terminated abnormally on windows 2008 R2 -sp1.

Error returned is 2

Unable to change directory to E:\app\11gdb\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\inventory\ContentsXML\ location. The error returned is 2.

please help me
