OSP Job complition quantity is incorrect

There is one OSP job, job quantity has 295 qty but receipt is only 66 qty on this job so I have question as job should be closed by 66 qty but it closed by 295 qty. We have done ananlysis as all setup and transaction are correct. I need your help to know where should we check our further analysis on this issue.

Please find attached document where we can see all setup screen shot what we had already checked. Please let us know if you need some more details on this.
