Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. VM sdq_dedup_realtime call taking long time more than 5 minutes

We are using UCM 8.1.1.3 and IIR 2.7, During data migration VM sdq_dedup_realtime call is taking longer time than expected appr.5 minutes.
