Reference Information

Hi I'm new in Oracle Quality and I'm triy to collect info from Service transaction.

I'm trying to set new collection elements as Reference Information.

My goal is to have them mapped to Service Transaction columns.

I tried with Incident_number and with some incident_attribute(s) - flexfield.

I found that my collection plan let me input those data but doesn't get the value I have in my Create Service Request Form/Transaction.

How can I'get those data automatically?
