Wrong profile option given in Metalink Note to resolve Project status change grayed out issue

Solution 2

If you are not a key member on the project for which you wish to change
the status, verify that the profile option:

   PA: Cross-Project Responsibility This is not available in system.

is set to 'Yes'.


Explanation
-----------
If you are not a key member on the project and your responsibility
does not have "Cross-Project" enabled, the change status function
will be disabled within the project.

The Actual profile Option" PA: Cross Project User -- Update" need to setup as "Yes"
