How do I launch Report Builder from E-business Suite on Linux

Running 11.5.10.2 on Linux.

I know that I can launch Report Builder by running $FND_TOP/bin/ar60desb.  However, I access the Linux maching via putty.  I have learned enough to know that i need some sort of graphical interface to see the report builder.  I read about xdisplay.  My client machine is running windows.  I am very unfamiliar with this, so if someone can please explain, step by step, how I can successfully run Report Builder that would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
