Patch 5584908: 12.1.3 SLA patch says its applied

we have completed the upgrade 11i to 1213 and we took a backup of the system. we applied the following patches as a pre-req for SLA.

13055635, 13246544 13040251,12578648,11854288 and 9491856

all the above patches went fine. when we start applying the main SLA patch in hotpatch mode, we have the message saying this patch already applied: do you want to continue.?

       144 lines processed.

 Not checking patch integrity as integrity checking flag is turned off.
