Siebel 8.1.16 and BIP 10.1.3.4.1

Hi.

I am trying to set up the siebel security model in BI Publisher version 10.1.3.4.1.I have following the steps for the siebel security model , to validate the same when i try loging in to BIP using the sadmin un/pw of siebel, i get the login failure error. Can anyone please help me resolve this issue.
