Patch 13456547 11.5.10.2 - After applying, unable to compile PAXPREPR

We have applied the patches and we have error when we installed the patch 13456547 with form PAXPREPR compilation . The error is:
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
pa forms/FRC PAXPREPR.fmx
Compiling WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger on COPY_DONE item in COPY data block...
Compilation error on WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger on COPY_DONE item in COPY data
block:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 2, column 1
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'COPY_DONE'
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 2, column 1
