password reset script on solaris

We have many servers (solaris 8/9/10) and probably its a very difficult job to login to each and every servers and and change the password.

Tried searching many documents but didnt get any useful script which will reset the password on solaris.

I have seen that editing passwd "shadow" file but this will not be a good idea fo rme.

Like in Linux we have standard input option where we can provide the new password and it will change that so any idea on solaris for the same.
