Concurrent Manager failed during Purchasing close process, can't transfer transactions from subledge

While Create Accounting-Receiving request was in process, the concurrent manager failed.  The request appeared stuck in a "Pending" status until the concurrent manager issue was fixed.  The transactions failed to transfer to the GL and are in subledger accounting tables.  The accruals are not posting to the GL.  Any suggestions?
