What is quickest approach for installing 10g PatchSet 4 and Patch 15?

 

I need to update 10 Windows Server 2003 standalone databases that are presently at 10.2.0.3.  I plan to install PatchSet4 to bring the version up to 10.2.0.5 and then apply the latest Bundle Patch Update (Patch 15).  My question is, can I install PatchSet4 and Patch 15 on the machine and then update the DB instance only once (using the Database Upgrade Assistant)? Or do I need to do the following:

 

Shutdown DB

Install PatchSet4 on the DB machine

Startup DB

Use Database Upgrade Assistant to update the DB instance

Shutdown DB

Install Patch 15 on the DB machine
