Special Column for Informtion like Line Discount, Header Discount etc

Hi,
When applying Discounts in Sales Order Line or Header, The unit price field is getting updated to new value.

Is there anyway where in we can fetch the related information like Discount Provided for specific item lines, Discount provided in Sales Order Header in special columns.
