svcadm command causes system panic

Hello All

IHAC who upon running the "svcadm disable  svc:/network/nfs/cbd" on a v490 server running s10 08/07 has the system panic. I have told the cu that running this command on a system with active nfs mounts will naturally cause a panic, but the cu is dubious regarding this answer and says that is not the case. He says he has another system on which he runs this command and the system does not panic. looking at that system does not show any nfs mounts however.

can you confirm whether or not this is the expected behavior
