Patch 6678700 - Adworker failed while executing msddem.odf while running the merged u6678700.drv

 Upgrading our 11.5.10 ASCP instance to R12.1.3while running the American english patch driver we are getting the below error


"Warning: Object "MSD_DEM_ENTITY_QUERIES" is not registered in table "FND_OBJECT_TABLESPACES".

CREATE UNIQUE INDEX MSD.MSD_DEM_ENTITY_QUERIES_U1 ON

Statement executed.

AD Worker error:
The index cannot be created as the table has duplicate keys.


It is same issue as in product bug 12903752. Patch 12958339:R12.MSD.B  is available.
