Patch 6678700: adpatch fails on 12.1.1 upgrade after merge with preinstall patches: 3-5797205951

3-5797205951:We followed Note 1448102.1 in order to apply all the preinstall patches to complete a correct upgrade. We followed all the steps provided by that note:
-Applied al preinstall patches in preinstall mode:
adpatch preinstall=y
-Merged preinstall patches with 6678700 driver:
cd $AU_TOP/patch/115/driver
admrgpch -d . -preinstall -master u6678700.drv
-Executed u_merged.drv driver with:
adpatch options=nocopyportion,nogenerateportion

However it fails when processing lines with the following error (this error is raised more than 1 hundred times for different files):
