Hi All
We are new to CRMOD and want to find a set of best practices with regards management of environments for testing and rollout of changes. The CRMOD approach is very different to our previous highly controlled multiple environment migration approach and I need to sell this more agile approach to my stakeholders.
Is there a best practices with regards the types of changes that can be made and how to make them.
ie:
Should we test in staging and migrate.
How to rollback an environment to a set state for test script purposes
Could changes be made directly in prod and if so what types of changes can be migrated and what need to be configured.
