take long to approve requisition of notification

hi all,

Our company uses Oracle EBS 11.5.10 and using oracle workflow to approve requisition from the mobile (internet). Our problem is, at the click of a button to approve the summary notification took so long.
This is very different when it is done from the intranet.
We ask for guidance and solutions to this problem.
