Patch 7461070:R12.AD.B.1:Applications DBA (ad): FAILED: file jtfpfcreate.sql on worker 2.

Hi,
Issue: While applying patch 7461070 getting the following error:

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

  FAILED: file jtfpfcreate.sql on worker  2.

Cause: sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/erp/oracle/qat_r12/apps/apps_st/appl/jtf/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/jtfpfcreate.sql &un_apps &un_jtf
DECLARE
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-02303: cannot drop or replace a type with type or table dependents
ORA-06512: at line 519
