Customers want to see iReceivables in their own language

We have a requirement in iReceivables, where customers want to see the invoice details(Entire iReceivables Screen) in their own languages i.e., China users can see the details in china language, Japan users in Japanese.Do we need to apply any patch, if yes, will that patch is restricted to iReceivables module only or applicable for the entire application.Pls share your experience here.Thanks in advance...
