New to using My Oracle Support, I have created a 'Contact Us' SR, however 3 lines are displayed - the one I created and two others only saying Pending. I probably created those in error. I cant see any details or close/delete. Is there anyway to find this information or close these SRs.

Also the wizard sometrimes seems over complex, in my case I am simply trying to obtain a 32 bit version of Oracle 9i Database suitable for x86 to install within virtualbox running OEL4. My Oracle Support dosn't seem to have anyway of placing this kind of query.
