Database upgradation by Dataguard

Hi team,
we know that, using a Transient Logical Standby database, it is possible to rolling database upgrade by small downtime.
Please help me, is it available at oracle 10.2.

Current DB is 10.2.0.1
Upgraded Version: 11.2.0.3.2

OS Version: Sloaris 10 x-86_64
