R12 Receivables Receipts Tax Code Issue for Miscellaneous Receipt type

Hi Gurus

Creating Receipts in R12 with  'Misc Receipt' Type and Activity 'Miscellaneous Revenue' has the default tax code (as defined in Receivables Activities) on creation of record, but there are no values available in the Tax Code LOV and no tax details are applied in the record (eg tax code, tax account) as expected. Consequently there is no tax distribution lines generated for the receipt.

Can anyone advise on what the issue might be?

Urgently required for Customer CRP!!!!!
