Run Report : Program - FSG Transfer

I am running the report "Program - FSG Transfer", and get many warning, such as:

Starting to process row set 'RS Ratio's'...
WARNING: A row set named 'RS Ratio's' already exists in the target database. The existing definition in the target database will be used.
.
Completed processing row set 'RS Ratio's'.
.
.................

Is there any way to force the copy/ transfer, and to ignore this message, without deleting the setup, in the target?
