Project Allocation - 'Draft Success'

Hi Frns,

I have created the allocation rules and generated the allocation transactions and it is now in 'Draft Success' status.

But when i try to release, the release button is greyed out/inactive. Am i missing some more setups?

Even when i try to release by running the 'PRC: Release Allocations Transactions' process, in parameter Rule Name field my a rule is not available, infact the LOV does not have anything.

Plesae help.
