How To assign All Items to Newly Created Organizaion In Inventory Module

Dear all,
I have Two Item Mastersr 1st Imo  have 1 inventory organization(Navimumbai) and second imo have one inventory organization(sharjah)
now we want assign all items  from navimumbai to Sharjah from frond end only
As per knowledge There is 'Item Organization assignment' concurrent Request to assign items from one inventory to another inventory.
I tried but It was not done.
please Give me suggestion on this.
