Order Management Mass Change / Update

Hi,

We are on 11.5.10.2 and I dont seem to have any functionality to mass change modifiers or charges applied to the sales order lines. I understand that if you apply an order modifier at the header, it will apply to all lines. However, there are occasions where on an order of 100 lines, we need to apply one modifier or charge to 50 lines and another modifier or charge to the remaining 50 lines.

Does anyone know how we can do this with standard functionality?
