Patch 3460000 11.5.10.U2 Causes Memory fault(coredump)

while applying patch 3460000 (11.5.10.U2) it stops and gives the error Memory fault(coredump).

run the czprobty.sql mannually and tryied to skip the failed job, but doesn't work. checked the tablesspace and diskspace.
