Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

ATG patchset level

Upgrading 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.1.
Presently  11.5.10.2 instance is at ATG-6.
Please confirm if need to applyATG-7 before doing the R12 upgrade or can go-ahead with R12 upgrade even with ATG-6.
