BI Publisher Desktop Installation with MS Word

I have BI Publisher installed with MS Word and it was working fine.  Windows performed the security update with MS Word.  Since then I have started to experience problems with MS Word.  Any change in already defined RTF templates will shift the header section to right.  I thought that the problem was with BI Publisher and uninstalled it.  After re-installation, BI Publisher add-on does not work fine.  I can see BI Publisher within Add-on but by pressing any button, it does not function.  For example, if I press button "Sample XML" to load XML data, the window screen does not
